Inside Sales

Location: London

We have a fantastic opportunity for talented and ambitious individuals to join the Inside Sales Team at Ange & Gerry's. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of highly motivated and determined individuals who are enthusiastic in every aspect of their role. Team members are expected to develop and manage their own sales pipeline as well as contribute to a monthly team sales target. 

The ideal candidate will be upbeat, positive and friendly and most importantly at ease talking on the phone to senior decision-makers, asking questions to identify their needs, and advising clients on the best Ange & Gerry's mobile apps to suit their needs.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • High impact communication across multiple formats. Proven verbal and written communication skills to influence prospects
  • Telesales / business development experience would be beneficial but not required
  • Experience in digital or mobile apps will be an added advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
  • Must pursue leads generated through various sources and qualify them further to convert them to qualified opportunities i.e. be able to handle first and second level calls
  • Good email composition and verbal skills to connect with C / VP / Director level contacts across various organizations departments through emails / calls
  • Develop deep understanding of Ange & Gerry's products in order to understand the prospect's business and present the right offerings
  • Highly organised - Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made, statistical results and detailed follow up notes for business reporting

Sales support

Location: London

As an integral part of the sales process your main responsibility will be to onboard Ange & Gerry's clients. You will be required to build relationships with our clients, gather technical information from them, and deliver constant help, support and training. This role is predominantly client facing and therefore a successful candidate will need to be confident, presentable and have a track record in being face to face with customers or clients.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Have a minimum 1 years work experience (in any customer or client facing role)
  • Worked within a position that was client facing
  • Confident face to face and on the phone
  • Word and Excel proficient.
  • Able to manage your own time and priorities of multiple customers.

This role is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities within the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems.

To make sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed the successful candidate will ensure that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the service goes live. The role will be responsible for testing both websites and mobile applications, and will require both manual and automation testing.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Identify test requirements from agile user stories
  • Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
  • Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications, non functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
  • Strong experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Strong technical background with relevant QA technical experience.
  • Understanding of the development lifecycle, software release processes and defect management knowledge of scripting and command line tools.
  • Exceptional analysis, reporting and problem solving skills.
